Conditions
Tee off 7:00am to 8:30am
and 11:00am to 12:30pm.
Please report to the starter 20 minutes before your tee
time. The Match Committee
will endeavour to provide competitors with their
preferred tee time block. However,
this cannot be guaranteed. Tee times
available at registration, or on request, if you
send a stamped self addressed
envelope with your entry form.
Competition will be conducted in 3 Grades for men and 2 for
ladies. Handicaps applicable
to each grade will be advised befor the
commencement of play.
Handicaps. Maximum handicaps Men – 36, Ladies – 45, will
remain as they commenced
for 36 holes. They may be reduced for daily events.
All competition will be played in accordance with the Rules
of Golf and
the Local Rules of the Course being played.
Competitors are encouraged to wear a name tag at all times.
A competitor can win only one major trophy. This does not
include
Nearest to the Pin, Ball Competitions, Eclectic, Visitor only and
NSWVGA events.
Balls will be awarded to competitors achieving a pre
determined
score (as set by the Match Committee) when they submit their card,
after each day’s play.
The standard count back system will be used to decide tied
events.
NSWVGA Trophies will be awarded to the 3 best overall scores
Men and Women over 18 holes on Friday 4th September.
Nearest the Pin prizes, Straightest Drive and Ball Comp, for Men
and Ladies each day.
A limited number of Motorised Carts will be available for
hire, please
book via the Pro Shop (02 6585 3885).
Catering facilities will be available each day.
Please note: insurance is not provided, golfers play at
their own risk.
