(2)     Acceptance of Minutes of 2007 Annual General Meeting.

(3)     Matters arising and Correspondence pertaining to this Meeting.

(4)     Financial and Auditors Report.

(5)     Presidents Report.

(6)     Captains Report.

(7)     Activity Reports:                        Wollongong, The Grange, Russell Vale, Port Kembla,

                                                            Jamberoo, Kiama, The Links, Calderwood.

(8)     Matters on Notice.         As per a Notice from our last General Committee Meeting:

            That the following changes be made to our Constitution in order to properly reflect

            our current standing.

Clause 1 The word Shellharbour is replaced with the words “The Links Shell Cove”.

Clause3   The words “rotated between The Grange and Port Kembla Golf Clubs or at   

                   any other suitable location” be deleted.

(9)     Election of Office Bearers for 2009.

       President, Vice-President, Group Captain, Secretary/Treasurer,

       Tournament  Director, and two Delegates to the NSWVGA.
