The NSW Men\u2019s and NSWVGA Sand Greens Championship is up for grabs this weekend, with almost 130 golfers from across NSW and Victoria set to battle it out for one of the State\u2019s most revered crowns.
\nPlayed over 36 holes at the historic Binalong Golf Club, the event will also decide the NSW Veterans Golfers Association Championship, The NSW Junior Sand Greens Champion, and the coveted NSW Sand Greens Teams Championship.
\nChief Operating Officer at Golf NSW, Graeme Phillipson, said the course was in fantastic condition.
\n\u201cDespite the drenching much of the state has copped in the past few days the course is in remarkable condition,\u201d Mr Philipson said.
\n\u201cThe players will be thrilled with the way the course is setup and how well it\u2019s handled the weather.\u201d
