The draws for the Ingenia Lifestyle NSWVGA Match Play Championships were published today together with the time sheet for Day 1.\u00a0 Click on the links at the bottom of this post to view or download the documents.<\/p>\n

Tournament Director Greg Collins welcomed the participants with the following message:<\/p>\n

“Good morning golfers and welcome to the NSW Veterans Matchplay Championships.\u00a0 We at Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club are excited to host you all and we look forward to an exceptional week of golf.<\/p>\n

These events don’t happen without sponsors and we would like to thank our major sponsors Ingenia Lifestyle and Shoalhaven City Council for their support of this event.<\/p>\n

On Sunday we will have a meet and greet plus registration at Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club commencing at 4pm with light food provided and event information advised to all players.<\/p>\n

In the draws below you will see that most of the divisions are in groups of 16 players with the exception of Divisions One and Three in the Women which are in groups of eight due to large handicap differences in those divisions.\u00a0 What this means is that all divisions bar these two will play a four day event whilst these two divisions will play a three day event beginning Tuesday.\u00a0 On Monday these two divisions will play essentially a practice match for the usual vouchers that are played for and players have been paired with someone from their division that they are unlikely to play against during the event.\u00a0 Further information on this will be provided at the meet and greet.<\/p>\n
