Myall Coast Veterans 2024 Week of Golf.<\/strong><\/span>
\n284 (142 Ladies and 142 Men) players turned out for our 24th annual week of golf to play on the Hawks Nest Golf course which improves every year under the management of our Superintendent Ben Mills and his team of hard working staff.
\nThe week started with quite hot weather and then cooled with some showers on Tuesday afternoon.
\nAround 220 people attended the dinner and presentation with a delicious meal put on by PK\u2019S Restaurant and served by some of the local lady golfers.
\nTea, coffee and slices cooked by some of the Local ladies was available for those with early tee times.
\nThe Shield<\/strong> was contested over two days (Tuesday and Thursday) with the men\u2019s nett winner<\/strong> being Anthony Salkeld from the Richmond Golf club who scored total 77.
\nThe Ladies Shield nett winner<\/strong> was Michele Campion from Kiama Golf Club who scored 73
\nLadies Scratch winner<\/strong> was Jenny of Delaney Singleton Golf Club who scored 32
\nMens Scratch winner<\/strong> was Bill MacDonald of Port Macquarie Golf Club who scored 59
\nMens Scratch R\/U<\/strong> Chris Dunne of Richmond golf Club 59
\nLadies scratch R\/U<\/strong> Ann Squires of Virginia Golf Club 32
