Muree 2024 Week Of Golf<\/strong>
\nNSWVGA \u2013 Muree Vets\u2019 week of golf \u2013 10th \u2013 14th June 2024<\/strong>
\nOur Muree VWOG committee, spotters, bunker rakers, starters and on course marshals\/help, were eager to welcome our small, but super friendly field of 45 to our second vet\u2019s week of golf.
\nThey came from near and far \u2013 Ballina, Nelson Bay, Kew, Tully Park, Axedale (Vic), Richmond, Wauchope, Tocumwal, Cabramatta, The Ridge, Kurri Kurri, Camden, Singleton, Inverell, St Helens (Tas), Gilgandra and Muree.
\nWeather wise, we were blessed by the weather gods. With several weeks of heavy rain leading up to our event, the possibility of having to cancel was very real, but, other than the expected cold winter days, our players stayed dry, frozen, but dry.
\nDue to last minute cancellations, some grades were affected, so to ensure we worked within the NSWVGA guidelines, a few changes needed to be made to the grades \u2013 tweaked to ensure players didn\u2019t miss out due to these changes.
