\nCourse:<\/strong> Good condition considering 140 mls of rain the previous week. Preferred lies general area.
\nRegistration:<\/strong> TD and Club Captain in attendance. Club Captain Ian spoke on the outline for the week eg preferred lies etc.
\nHospitality:<\/strong> Very welcoming, volunteers each day spotting where required and helpful. Serve yourself tea and coffee each morning.
\nWeather:<\/strong> Perfect every day.
\nPlayer Numbers:<\/strong> No locals. 66 males, 54 females. 43 Clubs represented. Three grades for males and females split evenly.<\/p>\n

Presentation Dinner<\/strong> Held Thursday night at the Golf Club. Well supported. Very generous serving of beef or lamb roast followed by a choice of two desserts.<\/p>\n

Club Captain was the MC.
\nCouncillors Peter Taylor and Charlie Swyer in attendance.
\nSeating arrangements organized by the Tournament Director, great idea as players were placed with a player they had played with or were to play with the next day. Players socialized and met new people.<\/p>\n

Comments:<\/strong> Shotgun starts each day at 8.30 had many players staying after their games purchasing lunches and drinks and socialising which would have been good revenue for the Club.<\/p>\n

This week of golf is very popular, and I am confident next year will be the same. Will be a bonus having Maclean the previous week and not a spare week.
