The Strokeplay championships at Dubbo (1 – 4 Nov) have produced an interactive entry form, which means that instead of printing it out, you can now fill it in interactively, save it, and email it direct to the Tournament Director.  Saves trees and especially useful for those who are on the go and don’t carry a complete portable office with them!

Of course, if you prefer, you can still print it out and trust it to Australia Post.
