NSWVGA Medal 2021

Group Secretaries are reminded that the NSWVGA Medal will be played in 2021 using a similar structure to previous years. All Groups are invited to participate and it is the responsibility of Group officials to set the competition on their programmes.

The winner of the competition in each Group will receive a NSWVGA Medal and a $50 voucher. Groups, if they choose, can provide vouchers for minor placings. Should ten or more women compete in the event, NSWVGA will provide a medal and a $50 voucher for the winner. David Gunner, NSWVGA Treasurer, should be contacted by Group secretaries at the completion of the competition. He will then send a NSWVGA Medal/s and voucher/s by return post.

Players who qualify within each Group will be invited to compete in the NSWVGA Medal Finals to be conducted at two venues in October and November 2021. Players who qualified previously but were unable to compete in Finals due to COVID, or other reasons, may enter the 2021 event.

Group Secretaries are also reminded that this competition will be played take place in 2021. It is the responsibility of Groups to organise events which act as qualifying rounds for the Finals.

VENUES:

An east coast final will be conducted at Nambucca Heads Island Golf Club over two days beginning 22 November 2021 while a western final will be conducted at Forbes Golf Club on 3 and 4 October 2021. More information will be forthcoming closer to these dates.
