Ably assisted by husband and Club Captain John Radeski, Ladies Captain Shandra Simpson, Life Member and Volunteer Sec/Manager Kathy Simpson and a small, committed committee.
Course.
The course is a real challenge to play and in great condition. No preferred lies.
Since this event last year the course has had many weeks under water with some greens badly damaged. Grounds staff, volunteers and Veterans have spent days and weeks working on this course to get it to the standard it is today.
Registration
In the Pro Shop. Each player given a Deniliquin branded sand bucket, golf ball and home-made biscuits to enjoy.
A sausage sizzle and coleslaw provided as players enjoyed hospitality in the clubhouse.

Weather
Sunny days with coldish mornings until Thursday. Extremely windy and scuddy showers made for a cold day. Can’t have perfect golf weather every day!
Player Numbers
About 14 players from Tathra Beach supported this event as they have done in previous years.
89 players for the week, 45 men and 44 ladies with a total of 20 locals throughout the week.
38 Teams contested the 4BBB on the Monday.
Presentation Dinner
The dinner delicious and plentiful. Very good comments from the players present.
Presentation was quick with friendly fellowship to follow. Policy #2 followed.
Councillors Penny Hudson, Charlie Swyer and 2024 Ballina Tournament Director Rob Orchard in attendance.
Deniliquin golf club provided a courtesy bus with a very diligent bus driver named Ross who ensured all players arrived and returned.
The weekly raffle prize was a golf bag, driver and clubs and extras kindly donated by Noel Hayes (Poet and storyteller) and his wife. Noel has been attending Deniliquin Week of Golf for many years and a regular supporter.
