Kath Guyer’s achievements at Guyra. during the Vets week of golf.

Something fishy has happened during the Vets week of golf at Guyra. Kath Guyer from Bulahdelah Golf Club looks to have scooped the pool so to speak. With 2 days of excellent golf she won the VGA Shield and then caught the largest trout in an ad hoc fishing competition at Deanos Trout Farm. At least 9 vans of Vet golfers camped at the Trout Farm, with several fish caught, though none so big as Kath’s catch of the week. The Trout was cooked by David Johnston using his secret recipe, the fish was so large both Kath and David had trouble consuming it all in one sitting.
